TUNNA MACARONI CASSEROLE

  • 500 grams of rigatoni or other pasta
  • Cherry tomato, 250 g
  • One-half glass of black, seedless olives
  • Sheep cheese, 200 g olive oil
  • Pepper and salt.
  • 2 toe / n garlic
  • Chopped basil
preparation
  1. Prepare the spaghetti.
  2. Heat a large skillet and coat the bottom thoroughly with olive oil. Add the garlic cloves cut in half and cook them until they are transparent.
  3. Slice or dice the olives, sheep cheese, and tomatoes.
  4. After draining the pasta, add it to the pan. Stir in the remaining ingredients, then mix and adjust the seasoning to taste. So that all the ingredients are warmed up, give it a quick steep.
  5. Adapt the recipe by omitting the sheep’s cheese and olives and substituting fish. Together with the garlic, they must be fried.
