Classic American Cheesecake with oat biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 41 Oz butter
  • 81 Oz crispy whole oat biscuits
  • 74 Oz Room warm double cream cheese
  • 58 Oz sugar
  • Oz food starch
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Eggs (size M)
  • 17 Oz Whipped cream
  • Fat and flour
  • large freezer bag
  • Aluminum foil
  • Cling film

PREPARATION

    1. Melt butter in a saucepan for the bottom. Remove from the stove and let cool down a bit. Put the biscuits in a large freezer bag and crumble them finely with a rolling pin. Mix the biscuit crumbs and butter well.
    2. Grease the springform pan (26 cm Ø) and sprinkle with flour. Put the crumbs in the springform pan, press firmly to form a smooth base. Chill for about 30 minutes.
    3. Place two strips of aluminum foil (approx. 38 cm each) crosswise on the work surface, place the springform pan in the middle. Fold the foil up and down on the outer wall of the springform pan, press down tightly.
    4. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, starch and vanilla extract together. Mix in eggs and cream one after the other. Pour the cheese cream on the bottom. Place the dish on the drip pan of the oven and pour enough hot water into the drip pan so that the water reaches the edge of the springform pan approx. 2.5 cm.
    5. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 347 ° F / convection: 302 ° F / gas: see manufacturer) for about 1 hour until the cream hardly wobbles when you gently shake the pan.
    6. Take out of the oven, remove the foil. Let the cake cool in the tin on a wire rack for about 1 hour. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for at least 4.5 hours, or preferably overnight.
    7. Then remove the cake from the mold, arrange and cut into pieces.

  • 300 G oatmeal
  • Vegetable soup, 500 ml.
  • 1 prize salt
  • 1 prize Pepper from the grinder)
  • 1 Pc onion
  • 2 Pc Carrots 
  • 1 cup of olive oil

 

PREPARATION

  1. To prepare the vegan oatmeal patties, combine the soup and oatmeal in a bowl and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel and grate the onion and carrot in the interim. Add salt and pepper to the oatmeal porridge and combine with the vegetables.
  3. With damp hands, form the mixture into tiny patties. The patties should be baked in a deep pan with hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

Sugar-free overnight oats with berries

INGREDIANTS

Ingredients:

  • 80 g fine oat flakes
  • 300 ml unsweetened oat drink
  • 2 pinches ground vanilla
  • ½ Organic lime
  • 200 g Blueberries (fresh or frozen, defrosted)
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 20 g Almonds

PREPARATION

  1. Mix the oat flakes with the oat drink and 1 pinch of vanilla the evening before. Wash the lime with hot water, dry it and peel off the peel in fine strips with a zest, then squeeze out the juice. Sort the berries, wash and pat dry.
  2. Set aside 4 tablespoons of the blueberries for garnish. Boil the rest in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of water. Add the remaining 1 pinch of vanilla and the lime juice and simmer everything over a medium heat for approx. 3 minutes. Then mix the blueberry sauce with the oats and divide between two glasses. Cover the berry oats and let them soak in the refrigerator for approx. 8 hours, preferably overnight.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g Frozen pineapple (without sugar)
  • 80 g fine oat flakes
  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 pinch ground vanilla
  • 4 tbsp Coconut chips

PREPARATION

  1. The evening before, put the frozen pineapple pieces in a bowl and let thaw overnight. Mix the oat flakes with the coconut milk, 150 ml water, the desiccated coconut and the vanilla.
  2. Fill the oats into two glasses and cover them in the refrigerator for approx. 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Serve the oats garnished with the pineapple pieces and coconut chips the next morning.

INGREDIANTS

Serves: 7 – 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ¼ cup mashed bananas
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

PREPARATION

  1. Place nuts, bananas, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract and oats in the food processor bowl and process until well combined and dough is formed.
  2. Divide the mixture into 7 – 8 equal portions and form into balls.
  3. Place the balls on the lined plate. Chill for about 30 minutes and serve.
